Lynn Yang is a Managing Director in the transfer pricing practice of Deloitte Tax LLP. With twenty- two years of economic consulting and Big 4 experiences, Lynn specializes in assisting clients with global tax rationalization, transfer pricing planning, documentation, and audit defense.
Lynn has been with Deloitte Tax LLP for more than fifteen years.
Lynn has extensive experiences in leading and conducting transfer pricing analyses. Her work has spanned a variety of industries,
Lynn is also the Southeast leader of Deloitte’s U.S. Chinese Services Group. In this role, Lynn coordinates with colleagues throughout the U.S. and China to assist Chinese companies seeking access to U.S. markets and to provide cross border services to U.S. investors in China.
Lynn published articles in journals such as Journal of International Economics, Weltwirtschaftliches Archiv, International Journal of Technology Management, The Energy Journal, and Tax Planning International – Transfer Pricing and several book chapters. Lynn also published a number of newspaper articles in People’s Daily of China – Overseas Edition.
Lynn is a frequent speaker at various CITE transfer pricing seminars, Deloitte Tax LLP’s Tax Development Conference, Global Tax Roundtable, and Econ Think Tank, and Deloitte Tax LLP’s national webcasts to clients on US/China transfer pricing and REIT transfer pricing. Lynn also served as a guest lecturer at Georgia Institute of Technology on transfer pricing topics.
Lynn is a board of directors for National Association of Chinese Americans and a member of The American Economic Association, The Chinese Economist Society, and The International Economics and Finance Society, respectively.
Lynn received her Ph.D. in economics from University of Colorado – Boulder and her MA and BA in Economics from People’s (Renmin) University of China.
