Hotel Information
We have arranged a special group rate for your stay at the Ritz Carlton Hotel at Buckhead, which is $139 Per night for Standard Room.
There are many hotels within walking distance to the venue of the conference including Westin, Intercontinental , W Hotel, Grand Hyatt, Courtyard, Embassy Suite, Hyatt Place, Mansion, Double Tree, J W Marriott.
Make Reservations
If you wish to stay in Ritz carlton, please visit: Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead, or Call 1-800-241-3333. Participant will be asked for a credit card to guarantee their reservation. Cancellation of individual reservations must be made no later than 48 hours prior to the date of arrival to avoid no-show billing. Reservations must be made by October 18, 2010 to receive the discounted group rate.

5. Conference Cancellation Policy
Please notify NACA (bizforum@naca-atlanta.org) or
Call (770) 394-6542 immediately of any changes or cancellations on your conference reservation.
1. Cancellation of reservations made on or before October 1st, 2010 will receive 100% Refund;
2. Cancellation made on or before October 18th, 2010 will receive 50% Refund;
3. Cancellation made on or after October 19th, 2010, NO refund could be issued.
You need to contact hotel separately to cancel your hotel reservation.
