NACA Raised More Than $25,000 for China Earthquake Relief Efforts
The NACA China Earthquake Relief Fund has reached more than $25,000 by far and will continue to grow as more members and friends continue to send in their donations. 100% of the donation will be sent directly to the Red Cross in China to help with the relief efforts there.

In August 2007, NACA Vice President Christina Liao was recommended by the Consulate General of China in Houston to attend the 4th Young Overseas Chinese Community Leader Training Program held in Beijing, China. In collaboration with the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce (MACOC), NACA hosted a Dinner Reception for Mr. Hao, Chairman of Chinamex, and his team on 9-19-07 at Canton House Restaurant.

"After meeting with business leaders and public officials, I feel confident that Georgia is an ideal location for our pilot program, which will facilitate Chinese companies who seek to develop, expand, and create joint ventures in North and South America," said Feng Hao, Chairman of the Beijing-based parent company Chinamex.
